Alpe Magna – High-Altitude Goodness is a collection of sauces and gravies from the culinary traditions of Trentino and Italy. The idea was born from the desire to enclose all the gastronomic knowledge gathered over 70 years of history in convenient and elegant jars , interpreting typical Trentino and Italian recipes with a modern twist .
The history of Alpe Magna began in 1953, when Mario Simonetto, after a few years as a butcher's boy, opened his first butcher shop in Castelnuovo (Trento). The experience passed down through the generations has been enriched with new skills, while maintaining the original passion for quality.
Today, with the same artisanal care as in the past, we select only the finest ingredients to offer you not just a sauce, but a piece of our history and an authentic taste of our mountains.
