Production Process:
The trout produce waste, which is transformed into organic fertilizer by a biofilter and a worm composter. The water from
the trout ponds is directed to our vegetable greenhouse.
The plants feed on the nutrients present in the water.
The water, purified by the plants, flows back to the ponds.
The cycle begins again endlessly…
