Cannery in the foothills of the Northern Vosges, L'Arbocal combines artisanal cuisine, enhancement of the terroir and protection of the environment. Located in the heart of the orchards, L’Arbocal has set itself the task of safeguarding them by promoting their fruits, as well as surpluses and unsold produce from market gardeners.
Let yourself be tempted by authentic recipes that will remind you of your childhood, or by more daring combinations that will give originality to your table. Compotes, jams, chutneys, spreads, nectars, syrups, soups, purees, condiments and fruits in syrup, sweet, savory, or both. But always based on ripe plants, freshly picked, processed and bottled as close as possible to their place of production, without preservatives or additives.
