The small Marco Chiri agricultural company was founded professionally in 2011 in Villanova d'Asti and immediately decided to adopt a management method in line with the lifestyle followed; in fact, the company has always followed the precious advice given by Rudolf Steiner during the conferences held on bees. It therefore obtained, firstly for its products, organic certification and in 2014 biodynamic certification, proven by the Demeter brand.
The Demeter specification for biodynamic beekeeping is based on the way in which bees are raised, which must respect their being and which has the aim of allowing the bee to organically develop its natural vital manifestations without placing productive exploitation first.
The company, by choice, practices a semi-nomadism with which, depending on the seasonal trend, it is able to produce TARA SSACO, CHERRY, ACACIA, MILLEFIORI and HONEYDEW honey in n the Asti area; while, a part of the hives is taken to the mountains to produce, in the first range, the CHESTNUT and at high altitude the precious MAPLE, RHODODENDER and HIGH MOUNTAIN MILLEFIORI honey.
The conscious and respectful approach towards "being a bee" whose aggregation gives life to what is defined as a "superorganism" and the rigorous management and production method adopted, have the aim of obtaining products of high vitality, harmony and high value intrinsic.
