We have a pick up point every Monday at Amstelveld's market, Friday at Minervaplein's market and Saturday at Nieumarkt's market.
Free delivery by bike in Amsterdam centrum or 15 minutes bike ride from Nieuwmark 1012BV, on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon after 3pm and Thursday all day.
Return Policy
We take returns only if there is a serious issue with the wine itself. Please contact us at hello@artisanresistance.com.
artisanresistance.store is an online sales service of wine whose sale is expressly prohibited to minors.
Purchase procedure
To proceed with the purchase, the user will select the products of interest on the relative pages of the website, enter the desired quantities and add the products to the shopping cart. To complete the purchase, the user must verify the order on the checkout page, enter the billing and delivery information and complete the payment of the price and shipping costs as indicated in the order summary. The actual availability of a product is indicative, as multiple users can purchase it at the same time and make a product unavailable that another user had already placed in the cart.
The photos inserted are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of the quality of the products. Furthermore, the photograph does not always show the vintage actually on sale, for which only the year indicated in the name of the product is the only proof. The conclusion of the purchase contract takes place when the order and shipping confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the user.
Registration
In order to use the artisanresistance.store services, users must register on the site, truthfully and completely providing all the data requested in the registration form and accepting the privacy policy in full and these general conditions. artisanresistance.store has no visibility on the access credentials of its users, who therefore have the burden of keeping them. It is also possible to proceed with the purchase without registering using the "continue without registration" formula. In any case, users will have to enter the data for carrying out the delivery and any invoicing.
Prices
All sales prices shown on the artisanresistance.store website are inclusive of VAT and do not include any duties, taxes, or fees due in the country of destination, if different from The Netherlands. It is understood that these charges are borne by the purchaser who is responsible for verifying the amount with the competent customs authorities.
The published prices are subject to possible variations without any obligation to give notice to site users.
artisanresistance.store reserves the right not to confirm a purchase order by communicating the unavailability of one or more products within 5 days. In this case artisanresistance.store will refund the purchase price and the shipping costs incurred by the user.
