Discover our delicious wild venison terrine, carefully crafted from 50% French venison. Venison is a particularly lean meat that contains only 5 grams of fat per 100 grams. It's also an important source of protein and iron for your body. For a truly indulgent recipe, we've added a few apricots and pistachios, which give this terrine a special sweetness.
The roe deer is one of the animals that has adapted best to our french forest in recent decades, which is why it is found throughout the country except for the Mediterranean coast. It is a ruminant that feeds mainly on plants found in the forest.
Venison meat 50%, pork throat, pork liver, smoked bacon, apricots 5%, pistachios 1%, AOC cognac, salt, onions, garlic, thyme. All ingredients are 100% French!
