Venandi is first and foremost the desire to create a responsible, human and very greedy adventure around the wild meat. The idea is to concoct products based on game meat to bring it to the forefront of the French culinary scene (no less)!
His passion for nature and the practice of sustainable hunting gave rise to this idea: to be able to share these artisanal products made from exceptional meats with as many people as possible (there is no reason why only people from the countryside should be able to enjoy them!)
VENANDI's raison d'être is to introduce French game to the general public. So don't worry, we'll explain everything: sustainable hunting, game, nutritional benefits... but above all how to surprise and educate your taste buds! We have at heart to be in an approach close to our values: authenticity, transparency, and quality!
